When we were asked to create consumer impression videos for the new 2015 Acura RDX we saw it as a unique opportunity to create something different. We concepted, created and shot two videos from two very unique perspectives, the Architect and the Adventurer. We casted real people that were passionate about what drove them and their discipline, and through this we were able to gain a unique lens to view the car and its features through. We shot on location in downtown LA and Big Bear over the course of a week to capture these first impressions. The videos were a great sucess, driving traffic and awareness of the new RDX to acura.com and on through out the social channels.
